01 Definitions

In these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bv999i website accessible at bv999i.net, including all sub-pages, features, betting markets, casino games, and account management functions.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a Player on the bv999i platform, uniquely associated with that Player's credentials.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's account wallet, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or non-withdrawable incentive credited to a Player's account by bv999i.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or any other outcome offered by bv999i.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by bv999i's licensing obligations before withdrawals are processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds or a bonus amount must be staked on qualifying games before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• "Manifest Error" means any obvious and palpable error, including but not limited to incorrectly stated odds, system faults, or data feed errors that result in an incorrect price being offered.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing bv999i or creating an account, you confirm that:

1. You are at least 21 years of age;
2. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
3. You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful;
4. You have read and accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy;
5. You are acting as principal in your own name and not on behalf of any other person.

These Terms are effective from the date you first access the bv999i platform or complete registration, whichever is earlier. bv999i reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

03 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Eligibility Criteria

To register and maintain an account on bv999i, you must meet all of the following criteria throughout the duration of your registration:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and continuously thereafter;
• Be a natural person — corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order on bv999i or any associated platform;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing online gambling platforms is prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of bv999i or any of its affiliated entities.

3.2 Registration Process

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address or Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one active bv999i account. Where bv999i identifies duplicate accounts held by the same individual — whether identified through matching personal details, payment methods, device fingerprinting, or IP address analysis — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any bonuses claimed on duplicate accounts will be forfeited, and bv999i reserves the right to withhold withdrawals from accounts found to have violated this policy pending investigation.

04 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bv999i login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. bv999i will never ask for your password by email, phone, or live chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bv999i support immediately. Any activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorised access shall be deemed to have been conducted by you.

4.2 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. bv999i may, after providing reasonable notice by email, begin deducting an inactivity maintenance fee from the account balance until either activity resumes or the balance reaches zero, at which point the account may be closed. The specific fee amount and notice period will be communicated in the notification email.

4.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your bv999i account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance at the point of closure will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method provided all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding wagering requirements apply to bonus-related funds.

05 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bv999i currently accepts deposits via the following methods for Pakistani players:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• EasyPaisa mobile wallet
• Raast interbank transfer
• 1LINK network transfer
• HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank direct bank transfer
• Cash deposit via designated agents (where available)

All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bv999i does not impose currency conversion charges on PKR deposits. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges independently of bv999i.

5.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are published in the bv999i cashier interface and may vary by payment method. bv999i reserves the right to adjust deposit limits, particularly in the context of responsible gaming interventions or compliance requirements, without prior notice in individual cases.

5.3 Deposit Integrity

All funds deposited on bv999i must originate from a payment source that is legally registered in your name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. Where third-party funding is identified, bv999i reserves the right to suspend the account, freeze the balance, and request documentation confirming the source of funds before processing any withdrawal.

06 Withdrawals & KYC Verification

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once a Player has completed the bv999i KYC verification process. KYC requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport) confirming the Player's identity and age. bv999i reserves the right to request additional documentation — including proof of address or source of funds — at any stage of the account lifecycle.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Once approved, withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule. These timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are only permitted to payment methods that have been used to make a deposit on the account, or to methods that have been verified by bv999i as belonging to the account holder. Cash-out requests cannot exceed the account's verified real-money balance net of any active bonus wagering requirements. Any portion of a balance attributable to incomplete wagering requirements is not withdrawable until those requirements are met or the bonus is forfeited.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional credits offered by bv999i are subject to these general Terms as well as the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. Where a conflict exists between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a bv999i account carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (or the bonus amount plus any associated deposit) must be wagered the stated number of times on qualifying games before any winnings derived from or associated with the bonus become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse & Exploitation

bv999i monitors bonus usage across all accounts. Activity patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk wagering designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the platform, coordinated multi-account claiming, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics — will result in bonus cancellation, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in account closure. bv999i's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds not utilised within the time period stated in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Players are responsible for monitoring their bonus expiry dates within the account portal.

08 Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

bv999i reserves the right to refuse or restrict any bet at its absolute discretion without providing a reason. A bet is only confirmed and accepted once a bet reference number has been issued by the platform. Bets placed but not confirmed due to system errors, connection failures, or similar technical issues are void.

8.2 Odds & Pricing

All odds displayed on bv999i are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to a bet are those displayed at the point of confirmation, not at the point of selection. bv999i reserves the right to correct manifest pricing errors and to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the Player's wallet.

8.3 In-Play Betting

In-play betting on cricket, PSL matches, UFC, and other live events is subject to real-time pricing that may fluctuate rapidly. bv999i uses data feed providers to determine event outcomes for settlement purposes. Where data feed information conflicts with official event results, bv999i will use the official governing body result for settlement. Live betting markets may be suspended at any time, and bets placed immediately prior to suspension may be voided at bv999i's discretion.

8.4 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as determined by the relevant governing body (for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches). In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or voided, bets will be settled according to the specific sport rules applicable to that event type, as published in bv999i's detailed sports betting rules.

09 Casino Game Rules

9.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on bv999i — including slots, live dealer table games, crash games, and instant win products — are provided by third-party certified gaming studios. All games use independently certified random number generation or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing mechanics overseen by licensed studio operators. bv999i does not control game outcomes.

9.2 Technical Failures

In the event of a game round being interrupted due to a disconnection, server error, or other technical failure, bv999i will resolve the round according to the following hierarchy: (a) if the game provider's server recorded the round completion, the recorded result stands; (b) if the round cannot be resolved from server records, the stake will be returned to the Player's balance. Completed rounds that have been settled cannot be voided solely on the basis of a subsequent player disconnection.

9.3 Crash Games

bv999i's crash games, including Monster Crash, operate on provably fair mechanics where each round's outcome is determined before player participation. Players may cash out at any multiplier up to the point of crash. Failure to cash out before the crash results in loss of the stake. bv999i is not liable for missed cash-out opportunities attributable to slow internet connections, device issues, or late player action.

10 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bv999i and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Collusion with other players, including through coordinated hedging, match-fixing information, or predetermined outcome betting;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or unintended game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage;
• Money laundering, or use of the platform for any illegal financial transaction;
• Opening or controlling multiple accounts in violation of the One Account Policy;
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC;
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy platform data, odds, or content;
• Facilitating access to the platform for individuals who are underage or otherwise ineligible.

bv999i employs real-time monitoring and retrospective analysis to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, bv999i's determination on account action — including but not limited to balance forfeiture — is final, subject only to the complaints process outlined in Section 17.

11 Responsible Gaming

bv999i is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. We provide tools to help players manage their gambling activity and encourage all Players to use them proactively. The following tools are accessible directly within account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum continuous session durations after which the account will automatically log out.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum PKR loss threshold over a defined period. Once reached, betting is suspended until the next period begins.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days. During this period, the account cannot be reactivated regardless of request.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your bv999i account. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of six (6) months and requires formal reapplication to lift.

bv999i will not market to players who have applied any responsible gaming restriction. If you are concerned about your gambling behaviour, we encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool immediately and seek support from appropriate resources.

12 Privacy & Data

bv999i collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on bv999i, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected to facilitate account management, payment processing, KYC compliance, and responsible gaming monitoring.
• bv999i does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data is shared with payment processors, KYC verification services, and regulatory authorities only as required to operate the platform lawfully.
• SSL encryption is applied to all data transmissions on the bv999i platform.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the bv999i platform — including but not limited to the bv999i brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, betting interface, text, data, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of bv999i or its licensed content suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any bv999i content without express prior written authorisation. Violation of this provision may result in account termination and legal action.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bv999i's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bv999i shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or emotional distress, arising from use of or inability to use the platform. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action and even if bv999i has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bv999i does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service failures, and force majeure events may result in temporary platform unavailability. bv999i is not liable for losses attributable to platform unavailability except to the extent that an active bet is directly affected, in which case the stake will be returned.

15 Amendments to These Terms

bv999i reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bv999i will provide reasonable notice by email to the registered account address or by a prominent notice displayed on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed in the header of this document.

Your continued use of the bv999i platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 4.3.

16 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from or related to them are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which bv999i holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any conflict between the laws of that jurisdiction and the laws of Pakistan, the laws of the licensing jurisdiction shall prevail to the extent permitted.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under Pakistani consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded or limited by contract. bv999i acknowledges that Pakistani players access this platform and has designed these Terms to be fair, clear, and consistent with international standards for online gambling operators.

17 Complaints & Dispute Resolution

17.1 Initial Complaint

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the bv999i platform or your account, you should first contact bv999i customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Please provide as much detail as possible including your account username, the date and time of the issue, and any relevant transaction or bet reference numbers.

17.2 Escalation

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within ten (10) business days of initial contact, you may request escalation to the bv999i Complaints Manager. The Complaints Manager will conduct an independent review of your complaint and provide a written response within a further fourteen (14) business days.

17.3 Regulatory Authority

If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal complaints process, you may refer your complaint to the relevant licensing authority that regulates bv999i. Contact details for the licensing authority are available upon request from bv999i support. The licensing authority's decision in any dispute is binding on bv999i.

17.4 Settlement Disputes

Disputes relating to the settlement of bets must be raised within seven (7) days of the bet being settled. After this period, the settlement is considered final and cannot be disputed. In the event of a settlement dispute, bv999i will review the bet in question using official results data from the relevant governing body or data feed provider. bv999i's determination on settled bets is final unless a manifest error is established.
